Emmanuel
Look the virgin shall
conceive and bear a son, and they shall call him Emmanuel.
Matthew 1.23, quoting Isaiah 7.14
- Emmanuel means "God is with us". Jesus’ first followers believed that in him, God was with them in a new and special way. Why do you think they thought that? What did they see of God in him?

- How might you look for God’s presence in your daily life today?
